Dixon Usen

PRESIDENT-PROJECT COORDINATOR.

Dixon Usen is an experienced security solutions specialist with a strong background in electronics and communications technology, ensuring the effectiveness of security solutions at Calgary Equity Security. With over two decades of experience in sales, technical, and management roles with respected security companies such as ADT Security Services and GardaWorld, Dixon has honed his skills to not only meet contractual targets but will consistently exceed the contract goals. Having Dixon’s proven track record of excellence and commitment to keeping up with industry development enhances its role as a trusted leader in business and is further strengthened, driving new products and exceptional results for clients.

Captain Dean Hopkins (Retired)

VICE PRESIDENT- OPERATIONS

Dean is a retired commissioned officer who rose through the ranks from private soldier to the rank of Captain during a military career that spanned 30 years. An extensive part of that time was spent training soldiers to work in various dangerous theatres of operations. Dean brings a wealth of security experience to our team and is a proactive hands on senior security case manager. He is always willing to assist any clients with any of their security needs and concerns.

Randall Williamson

VICE PRESIDENT – SALES

Randall was President of the Calgary Chamber of Commerce and has been with Calgary Equity Security for over 6 years. Prior to joining our team, he was the manager of branch operations for Arvor, an acquisition firm in Ontario. He has more than 28 years of experience in marketing, sales, and security.

Kim Price

GENERAL MANAGER – EDMONTON

Kim serves as the Managing Director of our Edmonton office, bringing over 20 years of experience in project management, sales, and marketing. For the past six years, she has successfully managed operations in Red Deer and Edmonton. In addition to her managerial role, Kim also provides valuable assistance in the recruitment process.

Jaswinder Singh

OPERATIONS MANAGER

Jaswinder has worked as Operations Manager for Calgary Equity Security for about a year. He has strong security guards services contract management. He is the Health and Safety Representative (HSR) of our company
